Supporting frame in boxed stainless steel AISI 304 40x40mm thickness 2 mm. External coating in stainless steel AISI 304, thickness 20/10 with special pleatings to increase the mechanical resistance. Everything is painted in RAL 5010. Separate internal compartments: upper section holds electrical equipment and the terminal block for the attachment of the powercables, lower section is divided in 2 areas: one for the passage of the powercables and the other for the hydraulic piping and for the compressed air-conducts. Inside the water section there are, aside from the piping, also 2 water meters of class “B-H AV” in nickel brass with numerator for direct reading. On the external frame there are two taps of 1/2 inch, lockable by key, for the water distribution and two taps of 1/2 inch, lockable by key, for the distribution of compressed air. The frame has a canopy to protect the sockets against rain, under which two lamps are set controlled by a special crepuscular switch with external probe set on the structure itself. n°1 hinged hatch lockable by key for access to the above-indicated water section. n°1 hinged hatch lockable by key to access the switch board protected by special caps in unbreakable polycarbonate.

ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION INPUT: through n°5 copper bars 40 x 8 mm, complete with n°2 hinges M8 (power-attachment and passing line, cables max. sections 240 mm2), set in the rear part of the structure, (section cable-access), nr.1 modular terminal block 2P 6mm2, (for the telephone line), and n°1 modular terminal block 2P 6mm2, (for the data-line).

GENERAL PANEL: circuit breaker 4P 250A with postponed rotating thermal adjustable movement (0,7-1xIn).

OUTPUT: n°2 sockets according the regulations CEE P17 400V 125A 3P+N+E (IP67), with electrical interlock, each one protected by a differential circuit breaker • 4P 125A, thermal adjustable (0,7-1xIn), adjustable sensibility and intervention time Idn 0,03-10A, t 0-3sec, each socket is equipped with a power meter to check the use of the two sockets. • n°1 socket according the regulations CEE P17 400V 63A 3P+N+E (IP67), with electrical interlock, protected by a differential circuit breaker 4P 63A intervention sensibility Id 0,3A. • n°2 sockets according the regulations CEE P17 230V 16A 2P+E (IP67), each one protected by a differential circuit breaker 1P+N 16A, intervention sensibility Id 0,03A. • n°4 sockets type BUCCANEER 2P 250V 10A equipped with screwcaps (IP67), used as: phone socket and data socket.

INSTRUMENTATION: • n°1 digital multimeter for the differential readings of the electrical volumes.

NOTE: The structure is equipped with: n°1 fluorescent lamp series BDTP-GIMAX 230V 9W IP67, inside the controlswitch board section, switching on is controlled at the opening of the hatch.
